Printer was delivered broken. The company had a 30 day return policy, and they honored their warranty.

This is the third Epson 1280 I have owned. I still have all three I just use them in different places.It is an excellent printer. My main use for mine is to print high quality photographs to sell to people. This printer is amazing. While some printers seem to lay ink on top of the paper, (you can turn the print under a bright light and see where the ink is)the Epson 1280 print looks and feels like a regular photographic print. I have used my prints in albums, hung them on walls and they are incredible. The printer is easy to use. And I love how you can print up to 13X19 prints and panoramics too. I.ve tried other printers and this one never, ever dissapoints me.

Received an Epson oversize 1280 Inkjet printer and it did not come with software. A friend helped me download the software. The printer turns on, and prints, but the quality is very poor. Purchased new ink cartridges and it is still poor. Had the machine checked out by an expert and one of the ink jets is broken.
Very dissatisfied.

I had researched this product and I thought it would be as good as a epson 1900, I was wrong I should have spent the money on a new one.

I was told that the printer was in good working order when it was shipped. When I got it, it did not work. I e-mailed the seller and the response was "It worked when I shipped it" I took it in to local repair center thinking it may have been damaged in transit. I was told that the bushings and the mother board were both "Shot". Obviously the printer was not in working condition when it shipped. I dumped the printer, wouldn't recommend this seller.
