Very good and inexpensive upgrade. I upgraded from an Epson CX4800. First of all I once had my CX4800 replaced under warranty and I have to say that the warranty process was simple and fast. So, you don't have to worry about a long and tedious process. The NX400 is much faster at printing and scanning with very good quality. If you are looking for an inexpensive upgrade this is the way to go.

**UPDATE***
Guzzles down ink, recommend the high capacity ink cartridges (T0681)
Accessing memory cards is WAY faster than the CX4800
Gets very dusty
