Epson Stylus Color 900 Inkjet Printer–A TRUE Work Horse

I do a lot of digital photo work. I have used nothing but Epson inkjet printers now for about ten years.
Here a little over a year ago, I bought my daughter and son-in-law and their family an Epson Stylus color C84 for a Christmas gift. At the same time I also bought the same printer for my son and my daughter-in-law and their family for a Christmas gift in the same year. After the year was up – the printer that my husband and I had given to my daughter and her family quit working. It would feed the paper thru the printer but would not print even after I wasted three sets of ink cartridges cleaning the print heads that printer of my daughters still would not print. Someone from Epson told me they no longer supported the C84 and that I should move up to the C88. From the reviews I read up on about the C88 that it really had a big, big thirst for ink. I told my husband that if I got that for our daughter and her family guess who would be stuck buying the ink I, mom would – and I was not going to do it.
Our daughter wanted and need a printer – I still believed in Epson – and when I found this used Epson Stylus Color Inkjet Printer out on eBay I bought it. For I know what this printer can do – no questions asked.
You see I have 2 of these Epson Stylus Color 900 Inkjet printers for myself. Epson no longer supports this printer they say it is old technology – that it ONLY uses 2 inkjet cartridges in stead of six and it will not print borderless photos – so WHAT – who cares if it will not do these things – this printer is a TRUE DAY TO DAY WORK HORSE – a very, very reliable printer for everyday printing and for school children. And for the record I would rather have a 2-cartridge printer then a 6-cartridge or 4-cartridge printer anyway. I guess the C84 was only a 4-cartridge printer. The Epson Stylus Color 900 is easy to operate – ink cartridges last a long, long, time – a lot longer then some of the inkjet cartridges do to my 6-cartridge Epson Stylus Color R340 photo printer.
I love my Epson Stylus Color 900 printers so much I just had to get the same for my daughter and her family so they would really have a true quality workhorse of a printer. That is why I bought it. As for anything to dislike about the Epson Stylus Color 900 inkjet printer – I really hate to disappoint anyone here but I DON’T HAVE any dislikes on this printer it is pure love only for the best printer that was ever made.
Oh, by the way, just for the record I WILL NOT use anything but GENUINE EPSON ink cartridges or Epson photo paper in any of my Epson printers – I don’t want to take a chance of ruining a great printer.
Of all of the companies I have done business with the support from Epson has be the best and most helpful to me.
Oh and one more thing for the record, our daughter and her family share an Epson Stylus Photo R340 printer together. We love it too.
