Epic Movie (DVD, 2007, Unrated Version)

I AM PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THIS FILM.I FIGURED IT WOULD BE MORE GROSS HUMOR LIKE SCARY MOVIE,BUT IT WASN'T.IT WAS ACTUALLY HUMOROUS WITHOUT ALL THE SEXUAL,AND BOWEL JOKES.THEY DIDN'T GO OVER BOARD WITH ANY ONE SPOOF,AND THE CHARACTERS WERE CAST VERY WELL.YOU SHOULD SEE IT,BUT IF IT'S FOR THE KIDS RENT THE RATED VERSION!THERE IS A NAKED SCENE IN UNRATED VERSION,AND SOME LANGUAGE,BUT ALL IN ALL GOOD.

P.S:I DIDN'T PUT IT TOGETHER BUT THIS IS A FOLLOW UP TO DATE MOVIE!

If you're looking for a good movie parody, then you're in the right spot. It certainly has some really funny parts, with its' dry, yet shockingly humerous scenes. Not worth spending alot of money on, but definetly for a low price ($6 the most).
Better than the previous DATE MOVIE, if you're wondering. Better parodies, more humor.

The only way to get what the movie is about is to have seen all the other movies that the spoofs are based off of. It was just ok for me, there were some funny parts, but the pun of the movie is all about one sexual act that you have to catch in the dry humor jokes throughout the movie. It lacked, for me, originality. I have seen better with spoof movies from these guys. It was just alright for me. It's worth watching if you like that dry sense of humor and stupid remarks.

To be honest it was ok. Not as good as the scary movies or even date movie. They shoulda had all 6 writers instead of 2 of the 6. The movie felt short and had some parts that was stupid. Like the kanye west "bush dont care about black people" part. The movie starts off with 4 orphans who go into willie wonkas factory. One orphan goes into a room with the wardrobe and goes in it. She ends up in gnarnia. Thats where the whole movie takes place. I dont want to spoil the rest of the movie. Get the unrated version. It has some nudity but I think its better then the theatrical release.

If one of your neighbors or friends have this movie ask to borrow it to see if you will like it.

Very dumb but very funny. For a spoof movie it's great. It'd be better if I had seen all the movies it was a spoof of! But still very funny.

The actual movies that this movie is based off of are some of my favorites. To see the seriousness of the actual movies, and then to see them made fun of in some of the most clever ways, is just too funny to pass up. I love spoof movies, ESPECIALLY ones based off of movies I have in my collection and watch over and over again. THIS "Epic Movie" is going to be one of the best in my collection. Will keep you comparing the real to the spoof, as well as laughing your butt off, the whole way through. :)

I have seen several spoof movies, some better than others. This by far is the worst. After I saw date movie I didn't think any spoof movie could get worse. Obviously I was wrong.

It was bought as a gift for my son, he thought it would be a great movie, but it wasn't as good as he thought,But that is not the seller's fault

great movie with great jokes. Stiffler's mom is still hot!! All the spoofs are right on and the pirates video is cool as well.

Epic Movie

I like spoof movies but this one almost made me vomit. Epic Movie is so bad it hurts. I have nothing more to say. Actually, one more thing, I laughed twice, through the entire movie I laughed twice.

excellent hillarous comedy! this movie covers all of the movies that were made and came out in theaters during that year!~ please note this is a spoof movie,meaning they make fun of alot of the popular movies that did well at the box office!

I liked that it had an X-men spoof.It had a lot of different spoofs.I'm not too into spoofs.It's a dumb comedy.But if you like them you should probably buy it.I bought it for Carmen Electra,which is always a plus.

My brother wanted to see it so I bought it, but I would recommend you save your money-unless you like those really weird and dumb "funny" movies.

i love all movie's and this is one i didn't have so that is why i got it and it was a ok movie i would buy more from e-bay.

was as listed,and fast.was great quality and very title scratches played great the first time and every time after that.would buy from them again

Worst movie spoof ever. I though Date Movie was bad. I usually find something amusing about this type of movie, Not this one. The writers of this should return whatever pay they got to any and everyone who bought this.

Good service...the dvd was in good condition when I got it. Took a while to get there, but good service none the less..

My husband and I really wanted to see this movie...we thought it would be hilarious...turn out it wasn't so funny...and just a waste of time and our money.
