Juan Williams uses Bill Cosby's Speech on the 50th anniversary of Brown vs. Board of Education as a springboard to elaborate on problems facing the African American community. He offers real solutions and no excuses. Must read for all to see how that the Jesse Jackson's and Al Sharpton's rely on obsolete tactics that have not resulted in progress, but continued dependence.
