Donna then provides detailed descriptions of how to re-balance one's energy. She teaches "energy fixing" exercises and information that can help one to balance energies for optimal physical health and well being, pain management and vitality.

This book is written in a very user-friendly manner. Donna's stories of using Energy Medicine to help heal herself and others are poignant and powerful - her passion for healing and wanting to teach others to heal themselves can be felt throughout the book. Through reading this book, I have come to understand the connection of mind, body and spirit in a much deeper way. I have used this book in my personal and professional life and have found it to be an extremely valuable resource. I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to begin or continue a journey of improving one's health and happiness. I also would recommend purchasing her Energy Healing Tapes or the Energy Medicine Kit. Both are not necessary as they contain the same information. When you see the energy medicine in motion it facilitates learning on a different level.
