End of the Spear (DVD, 2006, Rental Ready; Dual Side)

If you liked "Through Gates of Splendor," you'll love this movie! It tells of the same incident in Equador, bbut from a different perspective. Truly an awesome movie.

My family actually got to meet Steve Saint, writer of the book that the movie was based on. What a great testimony he and his family have about their faith in God and how God works miracles to change people. The film itself is grand. It is shot beautifully and the score is soaring. The actors deliver realistic portrayals, particularly the two leads. The scene with Nate Saint saying goodbye to his son, knowing that he likely would be killed, was powerful and left me in tears. My family loves this movie. It's inspiring!

End of the Spear DVD is a wonderful true story about missionaries in the jungle in 1956. The DVD arrived quickly and in great condition. I am very satisfied. Thank you.

copy (Street Copy) in my Library. Excellent film with fine acting. As good as
"Apocalypto" with out the big Budget!

A movie about love, forgiveness and hope.
This carries the heart of what true sacrifice is to give your life for an eternal cause. God desires living sacrifices (epistles) These men lived and gave their lives for truth. The story still bears witness today as this account focuses mainly what happened about the 50s but his-story still continues and it lives on with this tribe in Ecuador.
