i bought this book for a required class. it has helped lots! This book fit perfect for my training and development class because we have to take a quiz everweek that we meet and this book made it clear to find the critical portions to study. I am not sure if there is a version that is higher than this one but i do know that many universities are using this book as part of the courses that pertain to business administration.

I purchased this book from this seller because they advertised shipping within 2 days after receiving payment. I paid through pay-pal, they received money that day. However, they ship the book 9 days later with no explanation. So, I had to track another book down and I still hadn't recieved my book.

I needed the book for school. It's a pretty bland book. My professor actually worked with Dr. Noe and said never actually worked in the field, which I thought was kind of interesting considering how much information there is in the book.

I never received this book. I have emailed the seller and I have gotten no response. This book was due to be delivered 9/09 to 10/2/2009. My class began 8/31/2009. I ended up dropping the class.

Thiks book was in great condition and it was like new! I had to have this paticular book for a college class and was able to get it pretty much half off of what my college bookstore wanted me to pay! Yes, the book is required, but do they have to capitalie at my expense? I am very pleased wiht my experience with this seller-very quick turn around.

I am just wondering why these are soooo cheap. The us version is selling for $130.00 . . . ridiculous! The ISBN numbers are different, but the book looks like it has the same content so far.

I received my book in four days and it is exactly what I ordered. This is my first Internation version. I was aware that the cover would be color and the pages were black and white. For the difference in price the black and white pages are perfect. Everything about the book is the same as the U.S. Version. I would recommend this company, especially if you need it quickly. This looks to be a regular college book. I think it would help if there was some color in it. Looks to be a lot of grey. I think some pictures would help spruse it up. Chapter don't seem too long, about 30 pages or so.

Not the right book cover, can't re-sell the item which is awful...but looks to be the correct book...in good condition. So now I need to get to 100 characters or it won't let me submit this so...

This book was purchased as the required textbook for a college course. The price through ebay was much more reasonable in comparison to purchasing the book from the college bookstore.

This is an excellent book for Human Resource managers looking to start a development and retention program for their employees.

The material in the international edition does not follow page for page in the regular text. Very difficult to follow in class. The cover is different than advertised and pages are not in sync with regular text. Very disappointed.
