I bought Ellen DeGeneres: Here and Now (DVD, 2003) Because I saw it on HBO when it came out and I loved it then. when I found it here on ebay for such a cheap price I HAD to make it mine. and I did! I couldn't be happier with that choice I made in life lol.

If you like Ellen you will find this stand up DVD very good. She is bright, witty and very funny. I love her expressions and delivery. I remember years ago when she doing stand up before being famous. I think she is one of the all time great women of stand up .

The funniest DVD ever. We were absolutely hysterical. I bought 8 copies for Gifts... Side splitting laughter. She really hits the funny bone. Sometimes I couldn't catch my breath. Truely the funniest Dvd I ever saw. I always play it for gatherings.

This dvd is sooo funny!! she captures the day to day embarrassing things that we all do and brings them to light!! no one i have had watch this has ever gotten through even five monutes of it with out laughing!!

Ellen is a talented comedian, bringing humor to the tedious and monotonous aspects of life that everyone can relate to. My friends and I found ourselves referencing this skit continually after watching. It's not only good for a laugh while watching, but it sticks with you and keeps you laughing as you go through the tasks and experiences she talks about in this film. I highly recommend this even to folks who typically shy away from stand-up comedy.

What can I say except I laughed so hard I cried. I am an Ellen fan and have her tv show on dvd. I thought because of my interest in her show and daytime talk show that I would probably enjoy this dvd...and I was certainly correct. I have had the dvd maybe 2 weeks and have already watched it 2 times...and now it is currently on loan to a friend. Great comedian..very funny..you will laugh.

I laughed so hard I almost peed my pants!! She is an excellent comedian. It's very clean so I don't mind watching it with my parents. She makes fun of the everyday things that everyone goes through and points out how hilarious it all is.

I purchased the Ellen DeGeneres Here and Now 2003 DVD after seeing a portion of it on a TV special. Ellen takes things we see or happen to us in our every day lives and makes it very funny. She is funny without making rude comments or using inappropriate language; it is a very refreshing DVD. Ellen's expressions sometimes don't even need word to be funny. It is a great DVD to watch with the family because it is funny and you don't have to worry about an inappropriate word coming out of her mouth. It is one that you won't get tired of watching - it is funny each and every time you watch. An excellent entertainment DVD; you won't be disappointed with this purchase.

I SAW IT ON HBO. VERY FUNNY, NO SWEARING, BOUGHT IT FOR MY 18 YEAR OLD. SHE LOVED IT TOO. THERE WERE ONLY A COUPLE OF MILD GAY JOKES AT THE BEGINNING.

Love Ellen and not having HBO, I thought I would like to see it. When your feeling down, she can pick you up. She is so funny and generally cares about people. She is the best comedian ever.

We had rented this video before. She really hits the mark with a lot of her comments, like looking back when you trip on the sidewalk for no apparent reason. Great stuff.

The DVD was in perfect condition. I bought it as a gift for a friend and the only bummer is it was not as funny as we anticipated. Ellen's talk show still rocks though!
