If you are a fan of Ellen Degeneres' comedy series, this is the best season, and the last season. If times were different, I believe this show would have gone on much longer, but since this season focused primarily on her sexuality, it was cancelled at the end of this season. It was made 10 years ago, and had it been made today I am sure it would have still been on the air and her sexuality in the show would not be as big of a deal as it was back then. Ellen did her best acting in this season, in part I believe because she was more comfortable with her character being gay.

Pure humor...wonderful comedian!
) Great stuff again. I was sorry to see the show end but Ellen has gone on to bigger and better things in her life. Plenty of bumps in the road but she made it and is more sucessfull than ever! Kudo's to you Ellen.

It was so sad to see this sitcom end! I liked her second The Ellen Show was great as well so don't miss it. I have the whole 5 seasons now, and each one just gets better. I would definently buy the whole 5 seasons of the Ellen Show, and get the The Ellen Show as well! These shows are like "I LOVE LUCY", they're timeless. you'll love it everytime you watch them!!!!

I like this season of Ellen because it was the final season, also because it was so groundbreaking. Ellen DeGeneres is hilarious and this show captured all of that. Joely Fisher and Jeremy Piven are also in it, and they are great as well.
