** I have totally fallen in love with the Plum series by Janet Evanovich! For those of you have read any of the books ... Joe vs. Ranger, need I say more? For those of you who haven't, wow, it dosen't get any better than this! My favorite thing about this book? It's fun! It let's me escape my somewhat normal life and live Stephanie's for a little while. To be honest, I think that's all I could live of her life. Between the never ending car problems to people trying to kill her, she's one crazy lady and I love reading about her!

Working with Ranger probably isn't a good idea and certainly her on-again, off-again boyfriend Joe Morelli won't like the idea, but somehow she has to pay the rent. But, can she handle working next to Ranger?
I loved this book and laughed out loud a few times. Poor Stephanie just can't decide what job suits her, and I'm not sure I can either. I loved the sexual tension between Ranger and Stephanie. Sure makes it hard for a reader to decide which man she like better.

Once again, Janet Evanovich has crafted a masterful, hilarious, and naughty work of Great Detective Fiction. It is by turns funny, sexy, suspenseful and entertaining. All 11 of the Stephanie Plum books are keepers, and this one is no exception. Can't you just imagine Sandra Bullock, The Rock, Queen Latifah, and Benjamin Bratt or Mark Ruffalo in the "they've just gotta make it" movie of this series. If you don't know them, start with the first one and get ready!

I THOUGHT FOR SURE THAT WHEN BOUNTY HUNTER STEPHANIE PLUM QUIT HER JOB TO LOOK FOR SOMETHING SAFER WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE END. BUT SOMETHING OR SOMEONE ALWAYS SEEMS TO PULL HER BACK IN. MAYBE SHE'S NOT CUT OUT FOR OTHER JOBS...YOU DECIDE.
SUCH A GREAT LEADING CHARACTER WITH ALL THE CRAZY SIDE KICKS YOU CAN IMAGINE.

Eleven on Top is in my opinion one of the top 3 books in this series. (10 and 12 being the other 2)
Our heroine Stephanie is tired of being a bounty hunter, getting shot at, her car blown up....again (wonder what her insurance costs?), ending up in a dumpster or with garbage on her, nuts trying to shoot her; enough already she says. I'll get a normal job. So she tries several jobs and in true Stephanie style disaster strikes, and she is jobless and some nut from the past is trying to kill her. She decides to take an office job with her former bounty hunter mentor Ranger,(gorgeous and all round hunky guy) and his organization a security force/bounty hunter service. Stephanie's boyfriend Joe (the hottie cop), isn't too happy about the arrangement but agrees she will be safest there.

This was a non-stop action, hysterically funny book. As I said I rate it in the top 3 of the series. You'll enjoy the story and mystery and laugh out loud. I know it kept me up reading, making me late for work! LOL
Buy it and enjoy.

I have loved reading this Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich, however, this particular one was not nearly as funny or interesting as the first ten. A bit of a disappointment!

I can't wait for number Twelve! I've read 1 through 11 and Visions of Sugar Plums...Stephanie just gets better with age! You will laugh out loud! Pick up any of her adventures and get away from your real life for a few hours.

Thia is a excellent book. You can read the whole series over and over. Stephenie Plume is a great character and you can not help but to fall in love with her. Her grandma is great, and so is the her two choices for guys. To really get to know them you need to start with book one. I promise you will not stop reading them until you are caught up with the recent one.

This book has humor, mystery, endearing characters, and the need for more of the antics of Miss Plum. After reading the first novel she wrote, I had to gett all her books in the Plum series. I can truely say that there was nothing I didn't like about her books.

Janet Evanovich came thru again, with another hilarious filled, but "on the edge" PI adventure! One finds it difficult to put down one of these AKA Stephanie, books!! I have found every one of these books, in this Janet Evanovich series, to be written so that you are swept away to New Jersey, with her!

Another great book by Evanovich. She makes you laugh out loud. Totally enjoyable. Highly recommend all of her books. Stephanie Plum is delightful.

You can't go wrong with any of Janet's books. She is clever and funny and it is clearly expressed in her vivid characters. All the Stephanie Plum novels are a hoot!

How many times can we read about Ms Plum's cars getting blown up? Grandma M going to the funeral parlor and getting in fights? Stephanie torn between Ranger and Morelli? If this all sounds familiar, you're right! It is.

Although there are moments of comedy, that's all there is in this 11th version of the adventures of Stephanie Plum. If you've read the earlier stories--1 thru 10--then you probably don't need to read Eleven. Except for Grandma Macaraoni's mole, there's NOTHING new. Even Rex, the hamster, is getting somewhat stale--as are the doughnuts.

If I'm going to be convinced to read #12 (if there is one), then the same old pattern had better change. GROW UP, STEPHANIE!!!

No one cannot love the characters in these books. If you aven't started with Number one in the series, grap all the boooks from 1 to 12. You can read them out of order, but it's best to just do the whole series. Wonderful charcters. I like to go to bed with a book to help go to sleep...these will not allow you to...especially if Grandma is doing one of her frequent visits for "viewing." You will find yourself absolutely laughing out loud...by yourself...at all the antics by all the characters in these books. I really recommend them if you like a little mystery, a lot of laughter, and just a good book with unforgettable characters.

After reading books eight and nine, I raced to ebay to purchase more. This was more on the side of a "good" book. However, I do love the way the author brings you back to a previous book and ties it all together. Now we know why they spent so much time at Stiva funeral home.

But really, Stephanie, can you just make up your mind about the men?

Ms. Evanovich is a wonderful writer. Here books are enjoyable and easy to read. The characters are so life like you can just picture them. The grandmother in this series of her books is a hoot. I decided to buy this book so I could complete the series. Once you start reading them you just want them to continue.

I love Janet Evanovich's books. They are the kind of books that make you laugh out loud and make you want to finish reading it in a day. I love them! I decided to buy it because it was cheap and I really wanted to read it.

Janet Evanovich writes wonderful books! This one follows Stephanie Plum once again--I laugh out loud with all of her books. such a pleasure to read!

I bought this book as a Gift. The person I bought this book for is a fan.
She was looking forward to reading this book, however She didn't want to buy the hard cover. I bought it for Her, She really enjoyed the book. She told Me it was the best So far. The story follows a P.I. whom has a way of going through the Cars of her boy friends. The book continued to add humor and mystery like the Ten before and still kept the story fresh.

I bought this book because I love Janet Evanovich books and this was most recent book that I had not read yet. It was nice because I got the book just a couple days after buying it. I really enjoyed the book and can not wait for her 12th book to come out this month.

I love this entire series. I am an avid reader and once I read one, I HAD to read them all. I told a friend about Ms. Plum and some of her adventures and she said it was funny...but she did not like to read. I gave her one book and told her to give it a chance. She read the entire series in less than a month. She could not put the book down and stayed up late at night just to read more. This book does literally make you laugh out loud...and often. I would love to meet Ms. Evanovich...I bet she is a "pip". (one of Grandma's words)
