Awful. I needed this book for a class I am taking. I purchased it a month ago. However, I never received it. The seller never returned my emails or contacted me in any ways after I repeatedly sent messages. I have not been refunded my money even though paypal is doing an investigation that may take up to a month. Awful. Just refund my money. Ebay needs to crack down on bad sellers.

This is a pretty good statistics book. Very easy to follow and understand. This is the first time i take this class and i heard it was difficult class but the book helped me a lot!

I never received this book. Emailed the seller on several occasions with no response and then filed a claim with eBay. No confirmation or communication from Ebay on this either.

this was advertised as a text book, it was actually a study guide. i received an email informing me that the book was not available. i needed the book for a class that was starting right away. not only did this take several weeks i did not have the text book i needed for school. i'm now playing "catch up" in class and I am very unhappy

The book came with a great condition that it has described. It was arrived within 3 business days. I recommend everyone to buy from this seller.

Book is written to build a foundation for the elementary student. Also, it is a good review for the advanced student.

1st time taking statistics and class has been going well. Book has lots of examples to work with and great in case you miss a class and want to catch up on your own.

I never recieved my package, which I was billed for twice! The user's status was and has since been conviently "user is on vacation". I have yet to recieve a refund and have filed a claim with ebay. I will never purchase from this user again!

I received the book and it was the wrong book. Thanks for letting me get farther behind. I've read all the other write-ups on you and see some people are not to happy with you. You sent me the Elementary Statistics A step by step approach 4th edition. I beleive the one I ordered was the 6th edition, with a picture of a lighthouse with stairs going up like the picture on the website that I ordered from.. I am sending this book back and want my money sent back to my address ASAP. And if I don't receive my money back within the week I will call Visa/Mastercard ( with whom I work for ) and see to it that you can't accept credit card no more and will report you to ebay.

The book was correct but was supposed to come complete with access codes to Math Zone and the codes never worked. I had to pay an additional 25.00 to utilize the book.

Do not buy from this sender!!!!!!!! I purchased this book for a college class that I was taking this spring. I placed the order and right away the money was taken out of my account & I NEVER got the book. This person also has no way to contact them to see if the book has been shipped or to ask for your money back. I was very very disappointed, out of my money, and forced to buy the book elsewhere.

I NEEDED THIS BOOK FOR SCHOOL DIDN'T WANT TO PAY 130 FOR A USED ONE, SO WHEN I CAME ON HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME I SAW THE PRICES AND IT WAS SO WORTH IT, I RECEIVED THE BOOK WITHIN 3 DAYS OF BUYING AND IT IS IN GREAT CONDITION FOR BEING USED.

It came on time! in great condition. i would definetly use this person again. i would recommend them also. the only thing missing was the glossy formula sheet but i downloaded it online

Seems good.I bought it as product description says there is no difference between student version and instructor version.However, my professor asked me to buy student version book. I am still wondering the difference between them.
