i have not received the book to date. no one has contacted me about this even though i have made numerous attempts to get either the book or my money back.it is very frustrating to sit in class without a book that i have paid for. this is also very discouraging about this website. i wish yuo could handle this in a better way.i have bought a book with this website before and i seriously did not expect this kind of nonsense. the semester is almost over adn I have not yet received any information from anyone about the whereabouts of the book. thank you for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
