i have not received the book to date. no one has contacted me about this even though i have made numerous attempts to get either the book or my money back.it is very frustrating to sit in class without a book that i have paid for. this is also very discouraging about this website. i wish yuo could handle this in a better way.i have bought a book with this website before and i seriously did not expect this kind of nonsense. the semester is almost over adn I have not yet received any information from anyone about the whereabouts of the book. thank you for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I decided to buy this book because of its affordable price. So I ordered it and realized it took about a month for me to notice it hasn't arrived yet. I researched what was going on and came to the conclusion that I was scammed. I failed to see the comments that buyers had left rating him. One thing that I like EBAY for is that I tried to file a complaint and they said they will reimburse me my money. So everything is all good.

it says its the 2004 edition, however, it shows picture of 2005edition.

GreatThe book came in perfect condition as described. The CD that came with the book was also in a separate case to help protect it during shipping. Furthermore, the book came on time. Overall: very good, would certainly do business again.
