I chose this vacuum for the outstanding reputation for quality of the Electrolux brand. I was not disappointed! The suction power is unparalleled for a vac this size. The design is fantastic with the brush and crevice attachment always at the ready without being in the way. The canister is compact enough to pickup when necessary and doesn’t get in the way when negotiating furniture or corners like “torpedo style” canister vacs can do.
Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised to find it’s so quiet. It’s great to be able to vacuum my apartment at any time of day or night without the worry of disturbing my neighbors. It’s quiet enough to carry on a normal conversation while cleaning!
I’m very pleased with my new vacuum and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a moderately sized vac for a townhouse or apartment.

this brand new vacuum did not work out of the box. I was given a hard time about the return, and they made me pay for the return shipping and also I had to pay the shipping to me, approx $50. They also wanted me to pay a restocking fee of 10%, which I was able to convince them it was inapproiate as it wouldn't work. So needless to say I'm very disappointed. thanks for allowing me to get this off my chest, as I had a terrible time getting through to anyone on the phone, being on hold for long periods.

i like the versatility of the handling, and, its multi tasking capibility.It is perfect for a large home. I like in particular the carpet cleaner head which is self propelled and makes larger areas much easier to handle
