The Electric Horseman (DVD, 2003)

The Electric Horseman/classic Redford and Fonda, great story, really glad the horse wins with a run at freedom, the movie gets us to take an earnest look at ourselves,to take some time out and smell the roses,I highly recommend this movie!

What can I say, Robert Redford is good in almost anything he plays. Like Jane Fonda or not - she is good for this role. Life takes us through different seasons in our lives - It is nice to triumph and be true to ourselves.

I am a Robert Redford fan and have a few of his movies. The only thing that I could find to dislike did not have anything to do with the movie,but with the fact that when I ordered it I requested their full screen version and beleived that was what they were sending due to the sale listing. I know I could have returned this copy but I don't like to make a smll problem into a big issue,I never have.

I love Robert Redford. Jane Fonda did a great supporting role along with Willie Nelson. This a a Robert Redford classic.

I bought it as a christmas gift for my dad because it is one of his all time favorite movies and is very hard to find in stores.

Redford is handsome and funny, the horse is beautiful and scenery is breathtaking. I love old movies and this is Redford classic

This an interesting story of a rodeo star who cares about ethics more than making a lot of money off endorsements. Well scripted with quite a few big names in the credits.
This movie was filmed in my hometown and it's fun to watch it and see how things have changed. It also shows the surrounding area and parts of Las Vegas.

I'm a big fan of Robert Redford and Jane Fonda. I enjoy the chemistry begin the two actors and their acting abilities. It is a good story of rescuing a horse, as well as the cowboy(Redford) and the news reporter(Fonda). The scenery wasn't bad either. The mountains in Utah & Idaho are nice places to see. There could have been more between Fonda and Redford in the story. I've always liked stories that end up with a good solid message.

It is a good clean family movie, with a perfect ending.There are several good actors and a great story of getting back to your roots.

Exciting, very 70s, movie filmed in Saint George, Utah. It shows the town 20 years before the building boom which is slowly destroying the cowboy culture that once dominated. I like to slow down the scenes and pause, showing my kids the town they are now growing up in and how it has changed. This is an enjoyable movie. Horse lovers will especially like Sonny's (Robert Redford) determination to retire his boss's old horse with dignity. Sonny's employers are hot on the trail to return the horse to it's un-natural super model existance. Will Sonny free the horse or will it have to endure the stage and Vegas showgirls for the rest of its miserable life? You'll have to see the movie to find out!

Another favorite western to ad to the shelf, have lived a lot of the senerio's of the storyline/movie - too funny!

Great movie to own! Lots of action and comedy. This movie even has a love story! If you like horses you'll enjoy it too!

MY HUSBAND WAS ACCUALLY LOOKING FOR THIS MOVIE IN STORES AND COULD NOT FIND IT, SO I GOT ON EBAY, FOUND IT, GAVE IT TO HIM FOR CHRISTMAS AND HE LOVED IT.
