El recetario de la dieta South Beach / The South Beach Diet Cookbook by Arthur Agatston (2005, Paperback)

Since we are originally from Cuba, it was a pleasure to find the South Beach Diet book in Spanish on Ebay. Also, my brother back in the island also has high cholesterol and high triglycerides blood levels. I had suggested this diet but had no way to translate the entire book over the phone for him. Finding the book on Ebay gave me the chance to share this great healthy diet
with him and his family. It also made a terrific present for them.

Like most other diet plans but the only difference is that this does promote a much healthier way to really address the proper way to diet as far as calories fat intake and protiens they do say that part of doing this diet is proper excercise without it your only half stepping your way to brick wall. you have to follow the diet and excercise for true results highly recomend (definately talk to a nutritionist before trying any diets.)

Is a very good reference but I need to incorporate other countries names for ythe same food. In general is good.
