  Help for those of us with chronic pain!

Well written, easy to read guide to helping your body deal with pain. It is not a panacea, but works better than any topical application. It has helped me cope with chronic pain that I have had for years! A must read for anyone with chronic pain or facing surgery to relieve pain.

Pictures and instructions are easy to follow and address specific problems. It does take some effort to do the positions but none that I have tried have been extremely difficult to attempt. I am not "there" yet but wish I had the money to visit one of his clinics for additional help.

Definitely worth a look!

Excellent book. Finally found it. Helped me with both carpel tunnel and a messed up shoulder. Beats having surgury. Am still using the techniques and after 3 months can feel and see the difference.

A registered nurse recommended this to me. Her daughter, who had cerebral palsy,was having problems walking. Doctors recommended surgery. She took her daughter to Pete Egoscue who found a muscular-skelton misalignment and gave exercises that fixed the problem. I am a newspaper reporter who suffered through 10 years of painful carpel tunnel syndrome. I wore wrist braces day and night and to work. My doctor said I would have to have surgery but I balked. I fixed myself in 3 months using the exercises in this book. I subsequently discovered why my former ballroom dance coach kept trying to reposition my posture...I have a rotated pelvis that pulls my spine out of alignment and gives me back pain. I am working with an Egoscue therapist on strengthening the muscles that will pull my pelvis back in place and my back pain is abating. Can't recommend this highly enough! E.Pulley
