The Edge of Darkness by Bob Phillips, Tim Lahaye (2006, Hardcover)

First, let me say that if you haven't read the 3 books preceeding this 4th one in the series, than I strongly recommend you go back and read them. Each book does a fantastic job of building on the previous one and it is a fast paced and exciting story.
Michael Murphy is a great lead character and is supported by equally as great characters. Several questions are answered in this volume, while several more are left unresolved and unanswered. I am eagerly awaiting the next "episode" in this story. It is an exciting and exhilarating read.
If you are interested at all in the end of times, or even in archeological events, this is the book for you. Indiana Jones, watch out!!!

Love the books Tim Lahaye writes. Like the adventures in the book are focused on biblical facts and the fight against good and evil. Good wins, like I know God always wins, and is good.

I always look forward to the next book in this series "Babylon Rising". Each book is better than the one before. In this book "the edge of darkness"
Michael Murphy is searching for the Lost Temple of Dagon where ancient Philistines once worshiped a strange god. A sinister organization also has dark plans for the ancient temple. Read the book and you'll want to read more from this author.

It was an amazingly good read. Kept my interest and had me second guessing what was going to happen next. I highly recommend it for light reading that is enjoyable and instructive at the same time. I can only hope that there is a Book 5 because Book 4 left some issues unresolved and sort of hanging loose like the end of a frayed rope.

the first 3 books in this series were a little better... but overall it was still a good book.. I actually bought this one b/c our library didn't have the final book.. worth the money

This series keeps you interested and helps you learn a little history as well. Once I start reading it is hard to put it down.

I very much enjoyed the book. It was the fourth in the series and I have enjoyed each one. Once I start it, it is nearly impossible for me to put it down. The chapters are short so it makes it easy to pick up and read for a few minutes and put it down. Pick it up, read and put down.

As with the first two of the series - hard to put down till finished. Well written and compared to most of the other stuff we have from secular authors nowadays a breath of fresh air. My thanks to Bob Phillips for his work.

I really like the condition and how fast I got it. Would gladly buy from this seller again! The Babylon Rising series is awesome and filled with lots of intriuging information. It shows the darker side of what we may have to see if we truly are entering the End Times.
