This was a true story of a psycho killer. The movie left in suspense, and it was a thriller. I would add this to my collection of psycho killers. This movie was a learning experience and it would be recommended in any psychology class, because he fitted the profile of a serial killer. I really felt bad for the individuals who suffered thru this ordeal.

) The movie was ok, if wanting to learn about Ed Gein... I wanted to learn more the Psycho & TCM angles so to say, and see now why, or what they mean when saying based on ED GEIN, well if this review helps great, out of 1 to 10 I'd rate it about a 6 1/2....

Very accurateThis movie was better than I expected; there is more emphasis on Gein's mental state than on the grusome nature of the crimes which makes it far scarier than Texas Chainsaw Massacre or any of the other movies loosely based on him. Very accurate depiction of Ed Gein's life and crimes. Great performance by Steve Railsback as Ed.

a good price on a movie that is getting hard to find . this seller and ebay kicks rear. i've been using ebay for years to get those hard to find and one of a kind items . this movie is one of the best made of the serial killer genre .
