    DID YOU PUSH THE RESET BUTTON AFTER YOU CLEANED IT???? YOU NEED TO DO THAT OR IT WILL KEEP SAYING PERFORM CLEANING

    I am having a problem with the purifier. It constantly displays "perform cleaning" on the screen since about a week after purchasing it. I have cleaned the unit and it does not go away. I am disappointed in that I thought I was getting a new unit. I have contacted Ebay about this and have never gotten a response.
