I decided to purchase this book because I thought it would have information that was not found anywhere else and that would help me boost my ebay business. I found nothing new that was not readily available anywhere else. When I asked the seller if I could return the book, she agreed to that, but refused to send me her address to complete the return.

Don't waste your money on this one, no matter how many copies the seller says she has sold.

Unlike the other reviewers I found this book essential to my ebay library. Here's why: While some of the information is outdated or basic, a lot of it focuses on running your business as a business, tracking trends in your sales, and comparing them to your competition.
Even basic concepts can help to grow your business. Try product bundling to grow your sales, and distinguish your product. More simple tips - Adding the words "100% Money Back Guarantee" to all of your listings will increase sales 6%. I did it, and guess what - It does. And, if you are worried about added returns - In the last seven years, and 20,000 ebay sales - I have had four returns.
Lean how to research your market, define who your competition is, and what they are using for key words.
I think if you are serious about running your ebay store as a business, and making a profit this is a worthwhile read.
