My brother got started on ebay selling all of his duplicate weddding gifts. This book gave him just enough info to get going and he made enough money to get the big screen he wanted.

Everyday thousands upon thousands of items go up on ebay some go for the highest dollar possible and some go for pennies. The difference between them lies within the pages of this book.

Spend a few bucks and buy this book you won't be dissapointed.

It seems like everyone is on eBay nowadays. Some people make their livings online, while others sell to clean out basements or pick up extra cash, while buyers cruise eBay in search of bargains, items we can’t find anywhere else, and things that we don’t have time to pick up at the malls.

eBay is a complex system, and not everyone who uses it is an expert. From my own experience and talking with friends who use eBay, I find that most people learn just enough to be able to place bids or post items to sell. Learning anything beyond the basics is, for many, an intimidating proposition--something that’s equally true for sites like Amazon.com, and PayPal.

This approach is fine for some people, who feel that being able to do what they set out to do is enough. But on eBay not knowing the ins and outs of the system, and not learning the strategies and tactics involved in being a winning bidder or seller, can cost you money and keep you from winning auctions.

This is where The eBay Survival Guide comes in. In this book, the author has created a guide that shows you the ins and outs (like when’s the best time to post an item for sale, and how to find auctions that other eBay buyers miss) and the strategies and tactics required to be a winner (how determine an item’s value and set prices; when to hold back on bidding; where to find items to sell; how to investigate competing sellers and bidders--and more).

Banks doesn’t stop there. He shows both buyers and sellers how to avoid scams, how to sell “unsalable” items, how to win auctions you’ve lost, and a whole lot more. The book is well-organized and easy to read, and has lots of hands-on examples. Want to learn how much you’re making per hour selling--and what kinds of items generate the most profit? Need a guide to organizing your eBay business, and online tools for buyers and sellers? It’s all here, and easily accessible.
