Little do people know, Protien and Calories are not the only thing to be counting after a surgery like this. Fiber is important as well as SODIUM! Everything in todays food is FULL or sodium!
I wish there were more low sodium meals here.
Eating well after weightloss surgery, is better for people with Lapband, not as much with actual Gastric Bypass.
Anyways... Id give this a 2.0 out of five.
If you are looking for an "Extras" book, get it, but if you are looking for something that will REALLY HELP you get by, look elsewhere!
