Eating Stella Style by Christian Stella, George Stella (2006, Paperback)

One of the best recipe books for low carb diets. Many really super good recipes that are great tasteing.

I love this book! I have George Stella's other cookbook... the one with the pizza on the front. I love that one too, but was afraid this one would not be as good or that it would have some repeated ideas. This one has many new, original ideas... such as General Tso's Chicken (a spicy chinese recipe), Beef Stroganoff, and Cinnamon Toast Pancakes. I also like the recipes for White Wine Sangria and Frozen Margaritas.
There are a few recipes that I recognize from his TV show, like Easy Chile Chicken, for example. But it's only a couple, so for me it was still worth buying the book. I am really enjoying it.

I bought this book because I loved using his first book. I have lost 21 pounds so far using his recipes and hope to continue doing so. George Stella's recipes are very tasty and the desserts are great.

This is an excellent low carb book with simple recipes. I have tried several recipes and have loved them all. Very user friendly with a wonderful author who has real life knowledge of the low carb lifestyle. I would highly recommend this.

Love this second book written by George and Christian Stella! I read the first book and was looking for additional recipes. I am cooking one recipe after another and enjoying every one. Most of the ingredients are common ones found in most pantries. You don't have to spend a lot of money on ingredients that you use for only one recipe. I love the Stellas' approach to eating and the fact that they are both professional chefs and know how to cook!!!

I love this book!!! The recipes are easy to follow, plus they are extra yummy. I do not feel deprived while eating low-carb with this cook book. There is something for everyone in this book.

It is an eating lifestyle change and the recipes are easy to accomplish. The best thing about this book is the personal story of George Stella and his family on their way to over 500 lbs of weightloss combined.
