Eating for Life by Bill Phillips (2003, Hardcover)

I tried to do my homework on the seller. He was a power seller with over 280 excellent reviews and 1 poor review. I ordered the book with the promise of delivery within 2 weeks and free tracking. My credit card was charged and the time came and went and never received the book. I tried several times to contact the seller by e-mail and he never responded. Now I look and see all of the negative reviews on this seller and I guess I'm just out the money. I have filed a clain, but don't really expect that much will be done. I guess I learned what it means by the saying, "Buyer beware". I have told all of my friends how safe it is to order on-line and have encouraged it, but I will be going back anbd telling them not to use ebay. I'm glad that I work at an Air Force base where they have a gripe line to write compalints that in excess of 15,000 people can see what gripes you. The message is getting out.
