
Great for all breastfeeding mothers!
I heard about this book at the hospital when I had my newest baby. I was very happy with the information included about breastfeeding in general. It is written in an easy to follow format and the authors personal stories kept it interesting. There are quite a few good recipes included and the meal plan is pretty simple to follow. The author explains the foods and their nutrients in depth but yet keeps it concise so as not to bore you. Being that she's a registered dietician and I've been to one in the past, the information is very believable and your goals seem more achievable. I would recommend this book to anyone who is breastfeeding even if you are not looking to lose weight. Eating right for your health as well as your babies is what's most important while breastfeeding.
