It has great info on how to eat according to your bloodtype and I believe it is life saving info! I was diagnosed with diabetes and found out about this book and when I followed it, my A1C blood glucose test went down to 6.2% at last testing and I'm anxiously awaiting the next test, because I believe it will be even lower!!
