Streamlined way to make better food choices for kids

This book is the same size as the yellow adult/original version of Eat This, Not That. Similar in that it is full of pictures, so you can take it with you and make choices as you're out in the world shopping and eating. Having a kids version gets them more involved too so they can be accountable and not just wondering why they're 15 pounds overweight.
The main thing I like about calling it the kids version is that children can see for themselves what a difference they can make in their health by making wiser choices and small changes in baby steps. They don't have to change EVERYTHING all at once, but by reading and seeing the photos they can learn to choose better foods to give them health, not a big spare tire. Kids also like to hear things from sources other than their parents harping on them about what's good or bad. Before these books came out I didn't know the difference in some of these foods at home or at a restaurant.
Book includes 8 daily essential foods for kids too. Another simple "point and click" or "cut and paste" type feature.
It isn't necessarily rocket science, but it is a nice book to have on hand when you're trying to shop, cook, drive, eat, digest, change into clothes for sports, do or look over homework. Pictures saying a thousand words can save you precious time when you're on the run.
Hope this helps you!
