
Amazing weight loss and health gain with this book
I learned a lot about why we eat what we eat (cravings) and how what we eat affects our lives. My mom told me to buy this book as I am over 100 lbs overweight and my knees hurt so bad I could barely walk up and down the stairs in my house. I eat as much fruit as I want for breakfast, a big salad with raw veggies for lunch, a big salad with veggies and 2 cooked veggies for supper, a fruit if I am hungry for desert or before bedtime...loosing 1 lb a day! My knees stopped hurting on day 5 of the program ... it is amazing. I am not hungry and if I am there is no limit to what I can eat of these items. I have more energy and am looking forward to loosing all of this weight that has me slowed down. Life is to short to waste. This is adopting a lifestyle so if you do not intent to carry through do not buy the book...but if you are... amazing things will happen.
