
Very easy read with intriguing information

I bought this book because I allready had Nourishing Tradititions and was intrigued by the title. I found it to be an very easy read and lots of great information, recipes, and resources. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has doubts about the low fat fad or anyone who wants a really healthy approach to food and eating backed by extensive research and documentation not just opinions. I also loved that it was not just about weight loss- but there were eating plans and suggestions for people recovering from health issues and people who didn't need to lose weight but wanted to find a lifestyle eating change. It includes recipes- I have tried quite a few and found them to be easy and delicious- the book also includes resources to help you find specific ingredients or items. I have discovered since I have changed my eating habits- I have had no food cravings, I am significantly less hungry overall, my energy levels are increased and I experiecnce no mood swings or crashes like I have before.
