I'm not a "Red Hatter" but I like their philosophy of "Life is uncertain, eat dessert first!" They have some marvelous recipes in this cookbook....about 200 in all. The chapters are: The Delights of Pastries.....Munchable Cookies,....Mouthwatering Bars and Luscious Brownies....Old Fashioned Favorites.....Frozen Delights....and Cakes for Every Occassion. All recipes were created by the ladies of The Red Hat Society. Some recipes inside are: No-Bake Chocolate CheeseCake.....Apple Cake with Cream Cheese Icing.....Butter Pecan Cheesecake.....Orange Almond Biscotti.....Florida-Style Beignets,.....Caramel Squares and Kentucky Bourbon Balls, to name a few. I can see why they want dessert first!
