
Waste of time if you know ANYTHING about exercise
I found this book to be a waste of time, I have lifted weights for 15 years and was looking for some fresh perspective. Tosca's book is informative if you have never lifted or know absolutely nothing about lifting, but it does ramble about ridiculous things. I love the eat clean diet but was very disappointed in this book. The DVD that accompanies it is even worse, very VERY basic and not motivating at all, not something that you need to watch more than once. These basics can easily be learned by browsing the internet and or asking a trainer at the gym. Don't waste your time or money.
