This book is a perfect guide for any person wanting to "go green". There is a section pertaining to almost every aspect of life, and each section has a shopping guide. The author is very consistent and provides good reasons for doing something better for yourself and the environment.

) Easy to read, easy to follow, and really...I never knew how "green" I already was! There are a lot of great ideas in this book that are relatively simple to do and did NOT require tons of time and effort OR break the bank!
