I was at a seminar Dr Mindell spoke at with such a vast of information and enthusiasm. My friend wanted his book, I ordered this one for him. He has found the information to be of great help. I ordered another updated version for myself. It has a lot of good common sense information in it and I am sure it will help to improve my health greatly as I implement as much of his advice as time will permit. Our health care system, or lack thereof, does not allow me to be anything less than as healthy as my own initiative will allow. A big thanks to Dr. Mindell!!!
