Album Notes This is an Enhanced CD, which contains both regular audio tracks and multimedia computer files. Matchbox Twenty: Rob Thomas (vocals, acoustic guitar, piano); Paul Doucette (vocals, acoustic guitar, drums, percussion); Kyle Cook, Adam Gaynor (vocals, guitar); Brian Yale (bass). This is an Enhanced CD, which contains both regular audio tracks and multimedia computer files. This six-song EP features Rob Thomas and the boys performing in a primarily live setting. A loungey, horn-laden version of "Crutch"--recorded for a VH1 STORYTELLERS episode--gets things off to an unusually jazzy start. An emotive live rendition of the band's hit "Push" highlights Matchbox Twenty's stadium-rock side, but the remaining live tracks, "All I Need" and "If You're Gone," find the group in a largely acoustic mode. This quieter vibe is carried over to a studio version of "Disease (Acoustic)," and plays nicely off the upbeat closing track, the previously unreleased "Suffer Me." The enhanced CD also includes video footage of a rare small-club gig at the Troubador, providing an ample dose of Matchbox Twenty to tide fans over until their next full album.
