Dynasty is one our favorite teams, and when we heard that they had made a video we jumped and bought it. We were looking for some great tips on how to improve our team, and this video has all that and more. The vid is well organized, it's split into positions-front, mid, and back players. And then it also has some general drills that all your players can work on. Not only was this video informative, but it was entertaining also. The guys obviously aren't actors, and don't forget to check out their blooper reel! All in all, we're very happy that we bought Dynasty Disected and we've already watched it many times over. We highly recommend this DVD to team captains and coaches, and especially for those young guns out there to give the older guys a run for their money.
