
A very good book at a low price.
This book was very well illustrated and clearly written. The methods and ideas of this exercise system were explained very well. As a victim of "busted up weight lifter syndrome" I have become a practitioner of alternate methods of exercise such as those taught by Charles Atlas and other "old school" strong men who did not use weights, and have several books of this type. I can tell you that not only will Mr. Wong's exercises work, but they can actually help heal old injuries and relieve aches and pains. This is not a large or fancy book but Mr. Wong has put together a very good exercise book at a very good price.
