Excellent book on no weights exercise. As with any exercise, you must do this on a regular basis. System involves pushing muscle against muscle thru "flowing isometrics". Get the benefits of weight training without the dangers of weight training injuries. Exercises include the prayer press, concentrated sit-ups, concentrated push-ups, knee bends, knee lifts, vertical palm press, plus many more! This is the best investment, as far as working out goes, that I ever made.
