Durabrand (DUR7) 7 in. Portable DVD Player

This little dvd player was as the name implies,"durable"I took this to the Talladega racetrack,it got dropped,kicked,beverages spilled on it and generally abussed for about a week out inthe dirt campground,all the while it never once failed always kept he kids and the adults amused,it works great on the dc 12v plug,the battery looses umpf after one dvd so long as you dont mess with it,the second you start hitting rewind and pause the battery runs down fast,the only other complaint is that you cant use it in the house while charging it on the low voltage 9vdc charger,the cure for this is to use a 12to14vdc converter and just unplug the battery,which makes it sit flat anyways.To summerize;I would give it and excellent rating due to cheap price and the extreme duty durability of this little unit...

very clear picture and good quality have enjoyed having a dvd player for the grandbaby's and it really is handy in the truck so kids stay occupided and makes avery easy trip saver no skipping and volume is great also.

I want to say that although the transaction started off with a rocky start this seller showed thier true colors! quick to email and even quicker to respond with an eager to please attitude and resolved the problems without any drama. I have put them in my favorites list!

The screen may be smaller, but it's perfect for the car or RV. My husband appreciated all the gadgets included, especially the carrying case.

I bought Durabrand (DUR7) Portable DVD Player several weeks ago and and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive DVD player. Everything was fine, but I wanted dual partable DVD player. But it was single DVD player. And when I was chosen for this item, I felt this is little bit expensive compare with others. And then I couldn’t check my e-mail box. So I have forgotten about this item.

Excellent price works perfect on road trips movies are seen great it takes even some recorded movies and sound is great. One of my great purchases.

I bougth the DVD player for my children. so i can not tell you anything about the DVD player becauce I have not reviced it so I can not rating it at this time.

GREAT COMPACT SIZE, SLIM AND SLEEK. GREAT FOR SMALL AREAS AND MATCHES ANY DECOR. EASY TO READ INSTRUCTIONS. BUTTONS ARE PLACED WELL AND ARE EASY TO USE. REMOTE IS A BIT SMALL BUT OVERALL THE PRODUCT IS GREAT ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE.

We live in Japan so did not actually get this item until 5 days ago, so I was super worried, but it has turned out to be well worht the money. Thank you!! We actually bought a whole new player because or adaptor cord went out on our machine just like it. Do you know how to get an extra adaptor!

I wanted a portable DVD player to take on trips, however, my wife liked it so well she took it to her office to use to listen to CD's.

It was my first purchase from EBay and it was a great first experience. The description was accurate and it was just as described no surprises!! It was delievered faster then I expected. Her feedback was great too! I will definately buy from her again. I bought it because I needed one for a homeschool Sp.Ed. program which the lil ones truly enjoy and encourages language from children who do not speak!! Best purchase ever!!

I knew that Durabrand is a cheap brand but it is cheaper than I was expecting, the DVD player has a flimsy feel, the cheap plastic feels well cheap, the DVD motor is noisy, if you try to watch a movie in the car for kids the smallest bump stops the movie most of the times with no chance of recovery you have to start the movie from the begening, overall poor quality, so so image quality a dismal product but what can you expect from a cheap brand?

I bought this item to take to Bingo and kill time before the session started...It works great and I found the replacement battery at a reasonable price on ebay to go with it. Plays as well as the unit I have connected to the TV in the home...received quickly and for the price could not have a better deal.

I bought this dvd player as a gift for my two daughter to have since we travel a lot. I wanted something that would be easy to take with us on trips in the car. The girls have had no problems with it, and I'm very pleased!
