Dummy - Portishead (CD 1994)

I bought this CD for one song, and though there are other good tracks, I don't love them all as much as I do the song which made me buy it in the first place. They all sound very much the same, but that is not a bad thing if you love Portishead.

I like to listen to this CD, when I feel blue. I can recommend this CD to all the people, who like trip-hop, calm electronic music with female vocal and/or like to be in a melancholia.

Portihead is just such a unique feature its a ideal way of thinking and being brought up in a rough world like ours we need to over come that stage in life and thats what this Album comes too.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the CD arrived. It was in good condition and I listen to it all the time. I was very satisfied with this purchase and with the seller.

Great music! My entire CD collection was stolen and this is one that HAD to be replaced. The tracks meld together wonderfully to create a dreamy, undulating mood. Perfect to have on when you're feeling creative, going for a long drive, or want to kick back with a glass of wine and enjoy. If you like "Sneaker Pimps", "Portishead" is a more mellow, sophisticated music--just as groovy and sultry, but more mature in technique, lyrics and vocals.
