Dumbo (2006, DVD)

The DVD is digitally remastered, the colors crisp and bright. It also has fast play to start the movie itself. Following the film are a few old elephant movies from the 40, I think. Great nostalgia. Also, after that, few songs from the movie play, along with animation and the words to tbhe songs.
MY kids absolutely LOVE Dumbo now. Really so glad I bought it. (Although when I watched it as a child, I was unaware how sad it is until the end.)

I liked this movie for years. Of coure when we where young here was always alt Disney. What fun you could barely wait for a new movie. When my kids were little this was one of thier favorites. I wanted my grandchildren to enjoy the same movies that thier parents did. Dumbo is a classic, it has it all. Just like real life, how people can be hurtful to someone who might be different. About no matter what mommy will always love you. good family values.

Could there be a better movie about overcoming? A wonderful children's movie for all ages. Teaching exceptance of other's differences is a lesson for all. I feel the remastering of this to DVD was done amazingly.

Our grand daughter absolutely loves this movie, she is 3 years old and wants to see it all the time, It brought back many wonderful memories for her mother and grand mother who remember this as young children.

This movie is very cute because of all the animals and the good message it sends. I bought it because I like to collect all Disney movies! The movie is definitely an old-fashioned cartoon which I like, however the story may be a little slow for children. Overall a good buy.

My 30 month old granddaughter LOVES DUMBO.....so I could not find it in the store...and ebay is the answer to finding "IT"....isnt that right?

Anyway....Dumbo is a wonderful-warm-loving- and lovely - family type/children-parent(MEEMAA- that's ME !!) watchable movie....I had forgotten how much I love it too...

What a great movie and I had to take my two sons to the Zoo because they wanted to see Elephants and animals. It showed lots of love and caring which kids now days really need to see. So I recommend it for all kids of all ages.

Over the past ten years I have slowly watched this unprecedented influx of unauthorized Disney products mainly out of print and vaulted Disney dvds.
This has happened because of the large amount of money that can be made on the fakes. I receive emails everyday trying to sell me cheap Disney imports for between $4.25 and $5.85 a copy. When they will bring upwards of $40.00 to $100.00 when represented as authentic. You can clearly see where the trouble starts.
I would like to attempt to help you spot a fake Disney dvd and advise you to report all the items you buy on ebay to PayPal and Ebay regardless of the negative retaliatory feedback or threats you receive from these kind of sellers.
PayPal and Ebay move slowly on these matters but I can assure you they do not want these kind of sellers on their sites and will take steps to remove them.
Things to look for
No Buena Vista stamp on the back of the dvd. Please note if the dvd was bought through a major retail outlet Sears, Wallmart, BestBuy and so forth this stamp may not be on it. However it will have security seals.
The weight of a 2-disc copy will be almost 4 ounces less than an authentic 2-disc Disney dvd.
Cheap cardboard slip covers.
How long has this seller been on Ebay?
Does this seller have over 500 positive feedbacks on Disney products?
Are they selling a dvd for much less than a reliable Disney seller.
No inserts inside dvd case.
Seller with a large number of this rare dvd.
These are a few things you can look for on Disney dvds.
With that said I can tell you that the majority of all Disney dvd buyers do not know the difference between a fake and a real Disney dvd.
The fact that you have a 100% lifetime replacement guarantee on authentic Disney dvds direct from Disney is more than enough reason to invest in authentic instead of cheap copies.
There are many honest Disney sellers on Ebay and the quickest way to find them is run a search on whatever Disney dvd you are looking for and then go to highest price buy it now. They are all within the top 10 of that list.

The movie is a classic. I enjoyed it when I was a kid and now my son gets to enjoy it. My son truly loves this movie. Brings back good memories.

I still cry when they lock up the mom for protecting her baby. I love this movie but my 2 and 4 year old got bored after a half hour. I guess it is not as fast paced as the newer movies.
