i needed a need stereo fast and cheap but i didnt just want a regular radio so i purchased a hd radio and it works great and fast shipping made me happier!

Easy to install, decent sound. Excellent reception. The display is a little dim in the bright day sun, but oh well. I really like this unit. Very pleased. Good value!

Great HD radio!
) OK... I'll admit it right off the bat. I'd never heard of "Dual" before, and I was rather nervous at buying from them -- after all I needed a new car radio myself AND one for my son's graduation present. I drive a Chrysler T&C (which I suspected correctly would be no problem for a new radio), but HE drives an old Daewoo Nubira! What a relief to find that HIS installation was even easier than mine!
But on to a review of the actual radio -- and what an AWESONE HD radio it is!
OK, the HD radio is great for me, because our local Jazz station plays "crappy" smooth jazz (talk about an oxymoron!) on the "regular" channel... but their HD2 channel plays "traditional jazz"... and I'm in radio heaven! Between that station, and the NPR station, I have no need for any other buttons or features!
My son, not surprisingly, is not so keen on the Jazz... but the USB port is just making his eyes pop out! He has tons of MP3 files that he thought he'd have to burn to CDA to be able to listen to in his car -- but now, he's got 16GB of music on a thumb drive that he can listen to... I don't think the thing has been on a "radio station" since! (Although I do see him looking for the remote often -- so maybe he IS listening to something else too!)
Overall, a GREAT deal on an awesome radio! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

) It has the auxiliary input, USB, HD Radio built-in and the Bluetooth option. This thing is amazing for the price. I can't speak about the internal amplifier, because I am running a 5 channel Kicker amp. As far as the tuner, it seems great and the ability to use a flash drive, or plug in my MP3 player makes it worth every penny. I also purchased the Squaretrade 3 year warranty, so for under $110 with the warranty, this unit can't be beat.

I buy, build, hire out, and sell Party Busses. It was time to add an audio system in the rear of the coach for the customers' to access. Well, ebay is my first choice, of course, so I began my onsite study of available equipment. Being somewhat well versed in current technologies, I believe for the next few years, USB access and HD radio needs to be an important consideration in options. MP3 and IPOD are going the way of 8 tracks. Lo and behold, I came across the Dual XHD6425! What a combination! Not only does it handle CDs, IPOD (with the customer's transmitter), and MP3 but it is also set up with a USB port, built in HD radio and even Bluetooth for my phone! It is powerful enough to crank out the tunes through my Infinity speakers as well as the wattage hungry woofer system! The blue, back lit, controls make it easy to use in the dark and the handy remote allows me to override the customers when necessary!Installation was a cinch and the instruction manual was well written. Besides being a great deal for the price I paid, the overall design and features of this unit were well thought out! Over the last few years I have purchased several different car audio systems but nothing compares to this model! Score one hit for Dual! My suggestion, Buy It Now! Don Holsten, AZPartyBus.com
