The Seller was fraudulent! He lied about the condition of the item! It took 2 weeks to receive. He was in a hurry to have me release the funds for payment as soon as I did get it! I was smart to hook it up and try it before I did decided to release the funds! I found that the remote was damaged and to replace it, would have cost me what I paid for it! I haulted payment and fortunately Paypal decided in my favor! Even if I had replaced the remote, there was no certainty the box would even function! I would be very careful buying this kind of product on EBay or much less from a seller elsewhere, just to be positive the system works! Also, damaged remotes are a common problem with TIVO! This is why the Seller was wanting to get rid of it in my case!
