Dressed to Kill [Remaster] by Kiss (CD, Jul-1997, Mercury)

What can I say about Kiss' greatest studio album? This album has all the swagger and venom that earned them their fans. Yeah, it has the boring version of Rock and Roll All Night, but the rest of the album is a rock gem! Sure the lyrics are sordid and sometimes downright laughable,(She's a dancer, a romancer. I'm a Capricorn, she's a Cancer) but what a collection of hungry musicians wanting to conquer the world, one track at a time. This should be in everyone's rock collection.

There were only 3 songs that really stood out on this CD. They were Rock And Roll All Night, C'mon And Love Me, and Rock Bottom. But overall the other songs aren't that bad but are not really worth mentioning either. But still it is a good CD and a definite step up from Hotter Than Hell.

Kiss, arguably the best show band ever, has influenced millions. Kiss became the band of the people and dabbled in disco and pleased the masses. But before all that, back in 1975 "Dressed To Kill" was released. When we get in front of the massive hype and fame we find some really inspired and musically sound songs. Most people will buy this for the outro "Rock And Roll All Nite". However, "Love Her All I Can" is the song that captures the soul and feel of pre-superstardom. My musical taste has grown more into slow metal, but this is a fun CD.

I bought this CD for my son. He is collecting all of Kiss' CDs, and he could not find this one. I immediately went to eBay and found this one and one more. He has asked me to check on something on eBay for him quite a few times and I always find what I'm looking for. I love shopping on eBay. I have had good luck with everything I have purchased thus far. Keep up the good work, eBay!

Here again I am a Kiss fan I love this album have been jamming to it since the mid-1970's and now that I have the cd of it i will continue to rattle my walls and maybe yours to. Het man dont knock it till you try it.
