I had come across some of Stephanie's work YEARS ago (when I first started studying watercolor) and was so deeply impressed that I emailed her to compliment her work. Even when I asked a question about technique or paper used, etc. - she was very patient, helpful and was willing to answer any and all my beginner questions. I jumped at the chance to buy her book when I found out! Incredible work, very detailed instructions and helpful hints. So it goes without saying - I'm still deeply impressed by her work and willingness to share her expertise. I'm so glad she finally has a book out!!!

The information on painting with watercolors in the techniques sections of this book make it worthwhile, regardless of your level of drawing.
This is not a goto book for those just learning to draw as a command of the human figure is needed to really use it well.
However, it's a worthy reference book for any artist, beginning or expert, that is wanting or needing some inspiration.
