I watched this movie last night with my three young granddaughters for the third time! It was just as exciting as it was the first time and it continues to bring tears to my eyes. I'm from Kentucky and seeing the scenes shot at Lexington's Keeneland Racetrack and seeing the scenes in the area that I recognized would have made it worthwhile alone. This kind of comeback movie is always rewarding for me and it was heartwarming to watch the girls as they pulled for the horse to be a winner. The family scenarios was skillfully done and highly rewarding as it stressed the importance of family values.
