I have had this book for sometime. This book has helped me get some sleep many a night as, when my children would have nightmares they would automatically go to this book when they were able to understand they're dreams they were able to go back to sleep without any problems. The kids love this book so much that every morning we talk about our dreams and they love to see what they mean. I purchased a book for each of them for Christmas ( so I wouldn't lose anymore copies ) as I have purchased this book three times.
