Christopher hart has created an ulitmate reference guide for artists of all levels whether they are looking to improve or perfect their skills. Taking the reader through a comprehensive anatomical study of movement and muscles, hart skillfully illustrates the subleties of form and feature the importance of proportion and the many ways one can use these principles to mould their own creations. The only thing better than the book itself is its price which is a bargain considering what you will take away from it. No reference collection is complete without a copy of drawing cutting edge anatomy in it. This book I highly recommend.
