My husband and I listened to this book on tape at different times. He loved it and I lost interest. Thus the average rating...I have enjoyed listening to a few other dragon books, but this one was difficult for me to follow. For me there just wasn't enough reason to care about most of the characters.
Some people will truly enjoy this book. I would only read it if it were assigned.

) Read the book, then wanted to listen to Brandon Fraser's narration of the book. Wonderful to listen to, it really brought the story alive. This would be great for adults and kids to listen to on a long drive. Loved it!

It is very fun to read. Another page-turner. It's about dragons! YAY dragons!
It has a variety of other mystical creatures. They can talk.
The storyline is very good. It has action that makes you wanting more.
A very few things were hard to understand, but it does not take anything away from the book.
A definate read!
